Who We Are
The Oberlin Housing Authority/Sappa Valley Manor Office is open
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We were established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible individuals and families. Public Housing has 30 units and was built in 1968; Project Based Section 8 has 17 units and was built in 1979. Applications can be picked up at 202 N. Elk Ave. or by clicking on the application link.
We have a unit that will fit your needs.
