Our project based Section 8 consists of 17 units that were built in 1979 and are considered to be multi-family units. The units are equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, blinds, and central heat and air. Tenants are responsible for electric (City of Oberlin) and gas (Midwest Energy). Because of this, a deduction will be taken off of the rent payment.
